Fatimah has demonstrated the ability to lead teams successfully to assess key business indicators and design/implement effective, sustainable solutions. She has over twenty-five years of experience including an expertise in organizational development, training, executive coaching, strategic planning and change leadership. Fatimah has developed and delivered numerous strategic planning, senior executive meetings, team building, and leadership development programs and served as Project Director for Organizational Development consulting for a non-profit organization in which they were seeking improved processes in all areas and overall strategic direction. As a trusted advisor, leadership coach, and organizational development consultant, Ms. Moody has successfully supported many organizations in both public and private sectors.
Fatimah dedicates her time and expertise to programs related to leadership development for the youth, college planning workshops, and fundraising. Fatimah serves on several boards including Loudoun County Family Advisory Services; LEAD (Leadership Education Development) an organization that is focused on providing higher education access and career preparation to high potential youth of diverse background; Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. National Strategic Planning Committee; and Syracuse University Multicultural Board.
Fatimah was the recipient of Washington Business Journal Women Who Mean Business award and LinkVisum was recognized for its growth and strategy by Inc Magazine.
