Jennifer is a Senior Executive who leads the West Division global wealth management business for UBS including over 3,000 employees and $3 billion in revenues. She has led her team to the strongest innovative top line and record profit level growth. She champions numerous initiatives to diversify the client and employee base and is the Co-Chair of UBS’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. Jennifer is a member of the University of California, Irvine Dean’s Advisory Board and Board for the Center for Wealth & Investment Management. She teaches leadership development both within UBS and to MBA candidates.
Prior to UBS, Jennifer was Head of the Executive Client Relationship Group leading private wealth management services for ultra-high net worth clients with Merrill Lynch and US Trust.
Jennifer is regarded as a leader and influencer in the banking community with more than a dozen recognitions from top media outlets, including Barron’s, Crain’s NY, Los Angeles Business Journal, and San Francisco Business Times. She received the “Most Powerful & Influential Woman” award from the National Diversity Council. She is also a member of NACD, National Association of Corporate Directors, and WCD, Women Corporate Directors.
Jennifer earned her MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois.
Jennifer is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). She is a member of Wharton C-Circle and C200, invite-only groups of senior corporate leaders and Board Directors. Jennifer adores her husband, their two children and prioritizes family, faith and impact.
