Kim has been leading the United States J&J Partnership for Self Care and Medical Devices for three years. Prior to that Kim lead the United States P&G Beauty Business.
Kim has been working in digital for her entire media career with former sales roles at Yahoo!, Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce), and Amazon.com. Prior to digital media, Kim held Human Resources positions at Accenture and Yahoo!.
Outside of work, Kim is married to Ryan Kane, and they live with their 8 year old, Cameron, in Westport, CT. Kim is a proud graduate of Penn State and is a retired Stand Up Comic.
