Marion is a versatile executive with 25 years of experience building, leading, and managing diverse technical and non-technical teams supporting customers across the Intelligence Community (IC). She has had the privilege of serving in executive leadership roles for a Fortune 500 business, small and medium-sized businesses in transition to large, and start-up companies; early in her career, Marion served as a Department of the Army civilian at U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and the U.S. Army Night Vision and Electro-Optic Lab. Today, Marion is the Vice President, Intelligence Market at LMI, a government consulting firm, where she guides the exceptional delivery and expansion of solutions and services to customers across the IC. Marion is also a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Advisory Committee and an advisory board member with Nerdy Girl Success, a non-profit organization with a mission to change the landscape of leadership for young women. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management, a professional coaching certification from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute and a Leadership Coaching Graduate Certificate from George Washington University.
